In 1952, Angelo and Caterina Carpano opened a small macelleria in Pozza di Fassa, a village nestled between the Dolomites.
Their approach was simple: use the best local ingredients, respect traditional recipes, and never cut corners.
Three generations later, that approach has not changed.
Today Carpano is a structured production group with two manufacturing facilities, a proprietary dairy (Carpanolat, Moena), an osteria, and a direct e-commerce channel.
