Carpano Dairy, founded by the same family that has been producing speck and cured meats since 1952, processes selected fresh milk from local farms using artisanal methods and without rushing the natural timing.
The result is a dairy line that carries the same territory, the same care and the same Dolomite identity on its label that you already recognize in our cured meats.
