Puzzone di Moena is one of the most distinctive cheeses of the Eastern Alps, PDO since 2013, produced exclusively in Val di Fassa, Val di Fiemme and Primiero.
Its rind, washed with water and salt, gives it the bold aroma from which it takes its name, while the paste is soft and melting, with a full flavor that intensifies with aging.
Our Puzzone is made with whole raw or pasteurized milk from cows raised at altitude, in accordance with the original production specifications. At the table, it is best enjoyed with rye bread, mountain honey or paired with a structured wine.
